The Mathematics Department at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) invites students to apply for the 2025 Marjorie Watson Mathematics Scholarship. The Mathematics Department awards these scholarships to incoming freshmen attending UTC who major in Mathematics. The Marjorie Watson Mathematics Scholarship is a $10,000 scholarship with $4,000 awarded in the freshman year and $2,000 awarded for each of the sophomore, junior and senior years. For more information on how to apply, please see the attached scholarship announcements or visit utc.edu/mathematics and scroll to the announcements. American Legion Scholarship ~ 

Better Business Bureau of Middle TN & Southern KY is excited to announce the launch of our 2025 Students of Integrity Scholarship program. Click  here for details  - 

This year we have 15 $1,000 scholarships to give out to eligible high school seniors graduating in the spring of 2023. We have 10 college/university scholarships and 5 trade school scholarships available thanks to our sponsors Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN and Asurion! These funds can be used towards tuition, room & board, or even school supplies. 

This scholarship program recognizes high school seniors who embody ethical behavior and decision making in their leadership roles at high school and throughout their community. The application is NOW OPEN!  Here is the link to the online application

Kyle W. Kiihnl Memorial Foundation Scholarship - ~ The recipient will be announced on April 6 on social media. We feel that even if your student is not selected, they will gain powerful knowledge about the benefits of sleep and the dangers of driving sleep impaired. Please share this information with any high school senior in Tennessee that has plans to attend college or a trade school.

KURU Footwear Scholarships ~ Deadline Friday, July 4th, 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

  • U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident
  • Undergraduate student (freshman–senior) for Fall 2025
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. college/university
  • 300–400 word essay on: “Putting Your Best Foot Forward…”

Miss Tennessee’s Outstanding Teen ~ Over $9000 in college scholarships are available this year to state candidates including a $3,500 scholarship and fabulous in-kind scholarships for our Miss Tennessee’s Outstanding Teen winner to the University of Alabama, Troy University, and more! Keep in mind that candidates are not judged on physical beauty and this is not a pageant. While young women who normally compete in pageants are sure to be interested, consider reaching out to your top academic students, those who participate in drama club/theater, and those interested in debate and social issues. They all would thrive in our program!

TACA - Tennessee Athletic Coaches Association Administration  

Tennessee Association of Conservation Districts - $600 scholarships to graduating seniors who plan to major in Agriculture or pursue a career in this field. Must be accepted into a Tennseee Public University.

Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association Giles County Chapter Young Cattleman Scholarship ~ 

The Tennessee Farmer’s Cooperative (TFC) Foundation has restructured its scholarship program to better meet the needs of today’s students. Beginning with the 2026–27 cycle, scholarships will be offered in three categories with awards of up to $5,000:

  •  – For 4-H and FFA members active in their communities but do not belong to Co-op families.
  •  – For young production agriculturalists who farm and do business with a local member Co-op.
  •  – For current full- or part-time Co-op employees or former Co-op interns who demonstrate a commitment to living out the Co-op F.A.I.T.H. values (Focused, Accountable, Integrity, Teamwork, Honest Communication) in
  • their work and community.

Virginia Clark Memorial STEM Scholarship - All Tennessee high school senior females are eligible for this $1,000 Scholarship (not just Nashville area). The application deadline is 

UT Chattanooga Scholarship Opportunities: 

  •  UTC ~ Westbrook Scholarship Program for incoming freshmen majoring in the natural sciences. Awards of $14,000 (over 4 years) will be presented to as many as ten entering freshmen majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, or Physics (including STEM education).

Women's International Network of Utility Professionals (WiNUP) ~ One $1,000 scholarship awarded annually to encourage and assist qualified students to pursue a college education in STEM fields and positively influence the utility profession upon graduation. ~
